Shipping Locations

The Standard currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

The Standard is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Standard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
